    2027 Traditional Catholic Men’s Wilderness Retreat

    February 19–21, 2027

    By registering for the Knights of the Blessed Sacrament 2027 Traditional Catholic Men’s Wilderness Retreat (“KOBS Retreat” or “Retreat”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. ALL-MALE RETREAT

    The KOBS Retreat is an all-male Catholic retreat. Attendance is limited to men who meet the applicable age requirements. The minimum age is 21, or 18 with a parent or legal guardian present as required by the Organizer. Valid government-issued identification may be required at check-in.

    2. REGISTRATION FEE

    The registration fee is $350 per person, including applicable sales tax. Your registration confirmation or sales receipt constitutes your proof of registration and must be presented upon request.

    3. FINAL SALE / REFUND POLICY

    ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL.

    Cancellations and refund requests will be accepted only through December 19, 2026. Beginning December 20, 2026, no voluntary cancellations, refunds, transfers, or credits will be granted, except as expressly provided below in connection with cancellation or postponement of the Retreat by the Organizer.

    After December 19, 2026, refunds will not be provided because of illness, injury, personal or family circumstances, transportation difficulties, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, early departure, or any other reason affecting an individual registrant.

    4. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY KOBS

    The Organizer intends to conduct the Retreat as scheduled on February 19–21, 2027. If an Act of God, natural disaster, severe weather, governmental action, emergency, venue closure, or other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Knights of the Blessed Sacrament, LLC (“KOBS”) forces the Retreat to be canceled or postponed, KOBS will determine, in its sole discretion, the appropriate remedy based upon the circumstances.

    KOBS may:

    1. Reschedule the Retreat and honor existing registrations;

    2. Issue a full or partial refund;

    3. Provide a credit or comparable “make-good” option toward a future or rescheduled KOBS Retreat; or

    4. Take another reasonable action KOBS determines appropriate under the circumstances.

    A cancellation or postponement caused by circumstances beyond KOBS's reasonable control does not automatically entitle a registrant to a full refund. If the Retreat is rescheduled, registrations will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled date. Any refund or alternative remedy offered will be determined by KOBS.

    5. WEATHER / CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

    The KOBS Retreat is generally a rain-or-shine event. KOBS reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, speakers, facilities, or portions of the venue when reasonably necessary because of weather, safety concerns, governmental requirements, venue restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond KOBS's reasonable control. Temporary or partial changes to the Retreat do not automatically entitle a registrant to a refund or credit.

    6. CONDUCT

    The KOBS Retreat is intended to provide an environment of Catholic prayer, spiritual formation, fraternity, and fellowship among men. KOBS maintains a zero-tolerance policy concerning unlawful drugs, weapons or other prohibited items, violence, threats, harassment, theft, disruptive conduct, lewd or obscene behavior, or conduct inconsistent with the safety and spiritual character of the Retreat. KOBS reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any attendee whose conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, venue rules, or reasonable safety requirements. An attendee removed or excluded for misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.

    7. PERSONAL PROPERTY

    Each attendee is responsible for his personal belongings. KOBS is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

    8. REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

    Registrations must be obtained through the official KOBS registration process or another source expressly authorized by KOBS.

    Registrations may not be copied, forged, duplicated, fraudulently transferred, or used for unauthorized commercial, advertising, promotional, sweepstakes, or other purposes. KOBS reserves the right to invalidate a registration that it reasonably determines to have been fraudulently obtained, altered, duplicated, or improperly used.

    9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

    KOBS or its authorized representatives may photograph, film, or otherwise record portions of the Retreat for organizational, historical, educational, promotional, or informational purposes. By attending the Retreat, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings of Retreat activities, subject to any opt-out procedure provided by KOBS.

    10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

    KOBS may collect and use information reasonably necessary to administer the Retreat, verify registrations, communicate with attendees, maintain attendance records, and address safety and logistical requirements.

    KOBS will take reasonable measures to protect personal information and will not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to administer the Retreat, protect attendee safety, comply with applicable law, or respond to a lawful governmental or judicial request.

    11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOBS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to participation in the Retreat. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

    12. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms and the relationship between KOBS and each registrant shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

    If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
